Do they last long?
Aqua Splatz are made of durable silicone with strong magnetic seals. These are made to be used time and time again.
Do they hurt?
They are soft so they do not hurt on impact.
Do the magnets hold together and not leak?
Aqua Splatz have strong magnetic seals to ensure when you throw them they do not burst or leak. There are many similar products out there which do not have the same seal strength.
Where can you fill them up?
You can fill them up with any water source. They just need to be submerged under the water source.
How can you clean them?
They can be cleaned with warm soapy water, rinsed and left to dry.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately once you have placed your order we can not change or cancel it. Please get in touch with us if you wish to do this.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping cost is free worldwide. We ship our parcels by Australia post which can take anywhere between 3-10 days depending where you are located. If you require these urgently please send us an email.
How long does it take to arrive?
We endeavour to send your products out the following day, but sometimes it may take a little longer due to processing times (3 days max). We ship with Australia Post and can take anywhere between 3-10 days to arrive. If you need the products urgently please get in touch.
How do returns work?
We don't offer returns, but we will replace damaged or broken stock if you notify us within 14 days. If you haver faulty stock please contact us via the contact form and provide all the details including photos. Once you have shipped it back we will then inspect the product and refund accordingly.
